1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using the services of Raven Mobile Mec, a mobile mechanic service operating in South Africa. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.


2. Mobile Service Area

We provide mobile mechanic services in:
Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand, Sandton and surrounding areas.

Some repairs may require bringing the vehicle to our workshop. Customers will be informed beforehand.


3. Bookings & Quotes

  • All bookings must be made via WhatsApp, phone, or Facebook.

  • Quotes are estimates only and may change based on vehicle inspection.

  • No work will be done until the customer has approved the final price.


4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately after job completion, unless agreed otherwise.

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, EFT, or mobile payment apps.

  • A call-out fee applies depending on location.


5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate vehicle details.

  • Ensure the vehicle is safely accessible for mobile work.

  • Inform us of any known issues.


6. Repairs & Parts

  • We use new or OEM-quality parts unless the customer requests alternatives.

  • All replaced parts remain the property of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

  • Raven Mobile Mec is not responsible for damage caused by previous incorrect repairs or worn components.


7. Warranty

  • Labour warranty: 7–14 days, depending on the job.

  • Part warranty is based on the manufacturer or supplier.

  • Warranty is void if another mechanic works on the same repair area after our service.


8. Engine Overhauls

Engine overhauls require workshop service.
Vehicles needing major work will be transported securely by arrangement.


9. Liability

Raven Mobile Mec is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing issues not visible during inspection

  • Damage caused by continued driving with known faults

  • Loss of personal items left in the vehicle

We take all necessary precautions, but mobile repairs depend on environment and access.


10. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the booking.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee.


11. Changes to Terms

Raven Mobile Mec may update these Terms anytime. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
